Niagara Designs, Inc. will also supply custom design drawings for clients. The end product is much the same as the stock plans in terms of drawings but the design will be tailored to your needs. Correspondence for design development is by email. Product delivery is by the Postal Service. However due to the time consuming nature of the work, costs are higher than the stock prices. Prices generally start at $350 US. Please email for a quote giving a description of your design. Delivery could take up to 3 months or more depending on complexity and scheduling. Custom design work must be prepaid. Niagara Designs, Inc. retains the rights for any custom designs and may offer the plans as stock items in the future. Niagara Designs, Inc. does not include site plans as local bylaw zoning and building code requirements will govern. However Niagara Designs, Inc. plans should be helpful in obtaining a building permit. Generally the plans will include: foundation plan, floor plan, roof framing plan, sections, elevations, critical details, material list, construction notes and dimensions.
